Security Standards & Infrastructure Architecture

Comprehensive overview of CodeziSoft zero-trust security perimeters, cryptographic data protection at rest and in transit, and secure development lifecycles.

At CodeziSoft Technologies Inc. ("CodeziSoft"), trust, data confidentiality, and perimeter hardening form the cornerstone of our software engineering philosophy. We build and maintain high-performance software systems protected by robust zero-trust access controls, hardware-level encryption, and continuous vulnerability monitoring.

1. Zero-Trust Architecture & Perimeter Defense

Our infrastructure operates under a strict zero-trust operational mandate ("Never Trust, Always Verify"):

  • Dynamic Perimeter Firewalls: Our administrative gateways enforce strict network perimeter security, IP filtering, and automated heuristics to neutralize malicious automated payloads and volumetric brute-force vectors.
  • Granular Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Internal access to production infrastructure is governed by strict principle-of-least-privilege boundaries. Engineers are provisioned access exclusively on an ephemeral, project-specific, auditable basis.
  • Mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication: All administrative nodes, version control systems, and deployment orchestrators require hardware-bound Time-Based One-Time Password (TOTP) multi-factor authentication.

2. Cryptographic Protocols & Data In Transit

All network transmissions interacting with CodeziSoft servers, client workspaces, and API nodes are secured using state-of-the-art cryptographic handshakes:

  • Strict Transport Layer Security: All client and administrative HTTP requests are enforced exclusively over TLS 1.3 and modern cipher suites with perfect forward secrecy (PFS). Unencrypted HTTP traffic is instantly rejected at the edge.
  • HSTS Enforcement: HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) headers are broadcast on all endpoints to permanently mitigate downgrade attacks and intercept proxies.
  • Signed Digital Release Channels: Binary packages and downloadable assets are served through cryptographically signed URLs verified against expiring HMAC authentication tokens.

3. Cryptography & Data at Rest

Sensitive data stored across our database clusters and persistence layers is protected using military-grade cryptographic standards:

  • Database Encryption: Client master credentials, third-party webhook signing secrets, and payment API keys are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256-GCM / AES-128 algorithms prior to persistence.
  • Irreversible Password Hashing: User passwords and administrative tokens are hashed using compute-intensive Bcrypt / Argon2 algorithms with dynamically assigned cryptographically secure salt rounds.
  • Ephemeral Session Lifetimes: Inactive administrative and client workspace sessions are automatically invalidated upon timeout thresholds to prevent session hijacking.

4. Payment Security & PCI-DSS Compliance

To eliminate consumer payment exposure and minimize regulatory risk:

  • Zero Cardholder Storage: CodeziSoft never stores, logs, or processes raw credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or cardholder magnetic stripe data on our database clusters.
  • Tier-1 Certified Gateways: Payment handshakes and tokenizations are offloaded exclusively to audited, Level-1 PCI-DSS certified payment institutions (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, and CCAvenue).
  • Encrypted Payload Transmission: All regional settlement queries and status webhooks are verified using cryptographic hash signatures (HMAC SHA-256) to ensure payload integrity.

5. Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC)

Security is integrated natively into every sprint phase of our engineering builds:

  • Automated Static Analysis (SAST): Repositories undergo automated static analysis to identify potential SQL injection vectors, Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), and Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerabilities prior to production compilation.
  • Isolated Staging Environments: Client development, continuous integration, and staging builds are strictly separated from production clusters and populated only with sanitized mock data.
  • Dependency Auditing: Third-party packages, vendor libraries, and container base images are continuously scanned against common vulnerability and exposure (CVE) ledgers.

6. Disaster Recovery, Backups & High Availability

  • Automated Snapshots: Encrypted, geo-redundant database snapshots are generated continuously and archived to air-gapped cold storage.
  • Failover Resilience: Production endpoints are monitored round-the-clock with automated health-check probes and rapid service failover capabilities.

7. Responsible Disclosure & Vulnerability Reporting

We welcome and value the contributions of independent cybersecurity researchers. If you identify an infrastructure anomaly or vulnerability within any of our production systems, we request that you disclose it to our security desk responsibly:

  • Reporting Desk: security@codezisoft.com
  • Disclosure Guidelines: Please provide reproducible proof-of-concept steps and allow reasonable time for remediation prior to public disclosure. We commit to acknowledging valid security reports within twenty-four (24) hours.
