Software Licensing & Activation Guide

Every standalone software product, extension, and enterprise codebase kit developed by CodeziSoft Technologies Inc. is accompanied by a cryptographic license token. This guide explains how our license verification ledger operates, domain node limits, and staging environment rules.

1. Licensing Architecture & Cryptographic Tokens

When you purchase a CodeziSoft digital product, our license server generates a unique, immutable license key bound to your purchaser identity and tier entitlement:

Single-Site License (Standard): Entitles you to activate and run the product on one (1) production domain node.
Agency / Multi-Node License: Entitles activation across multiple verified production environments according to the purchased node quota (e.g., 3, 5, or 10 domains).
Extended Developer License: Includes rights to inspect raw source code and utilize the framework within designated client deployments.

2. How to Activate Your Software License

Activating your digital product takes less than two minutes:

Navigate to your Client Workspace > Downloads & Files console and locate your product.
Copy your 24-character alphanumeric license key.
In your installed software settings dashboard (e.g., Admin > License Settings), paste the license key into the designated field.
Click Activate License. Your installation will initiate a secure, encrypted handshake with codezisoft.com/api/v1/license/activate and unlock product features immediately.

3. Staging & Localhost Development Policy

We believe in developer-friendly engineering. To ensure testing flexibility, local and staging environments do not count toward your production license quota.

The following domains are automatically whitelisted as development nodes:

localhost and 127.0.0.1
Local top-level domains: *.test, *.local, *.example
Staging subdomains: staging.*, dev.*, test.*

4. Transferring or Deactivating a License

Migrating your product to a new server or updating your production domain? You can reallocate your license node anytime:

From Your Application: Click Deactivate License in your software’s administrative panel. This unlocks the activation node on our ledger instantly.
From the Client Workspace: If you lost access to the previous server, navigate to Client Workspace > Licenses, locate the stale domain name, and click Revoke Node to free up the slot.

5. Automated Updates & Release Verification

Activated licenses receive continuous security patches and version upgrades. Your server periodically pings our update API (/api/v1/license/check-update) to verify asset integrity and announce new release packages available for automated download.
